Our UV printer isn’t just equipped with CMYK inks; it features double white and double clear inks, offering unparalleled flexibility. The white ink can be adjusted from 10% to 200% loading in a single pass, while the clear ink can be cured in gloss or matte finishes, perfect for highlighting or creating high-build effects.

Imagine labels that can incorporate up to five separate ink layers in a single pass, or utilise up to seven passes for intricate designs. From full-colour, double-sided labels with white under-printing to clear gloss spot highlights, our capabilities are truly transformative.

Take, for instance, our smiley face labels, where a single pass prints clear substrate with layers including white, block-out, and a second white layer—all in one go. The multiple pass feature allows us to build clear layers for striking high-build effects.
