What's the best way to reach you?
We answer emails most efficiently because our team is often busy setting up print files, running machines, and keeping things running smoothly. But don’t hesitate to call us if you have any questions – we’re always happy to chat!
How can I pay for my order?
We offer several convenient payment options! You can use Visa or Mastercard or pay directly through internet banking if you’re not an existing customer.
Regular customers can apply for a 20th of the month following trade account. Please note, for first-time orders, payment is required before we ship.
When will my order get to me?
LabelMAN® prioritises fast and reliable delivery across New Zealand. We ship daily from Monday to Friday using overnight courier services to South Island customers. North Island customers benefit from overnight delivery or a 2-day service for larger shipments.
Please note, Rural Delivery services may incur a slight additional cost and longer transit times.
How will my order get to me?
Our preferred carriers include Post Haste, NZ Couriers, Castle Parcels, and CourierPost, depending on your location and shipment cut-off times. PO Boxes can only be delivered via CourierPost, so let us know beforehand if that’s your preferred option as there can be limitations with this service.
Do you provide tracking information?
We’ll provide tracking information for CourierPost deliveries. For other couriers, you’ll receive automated tracking once your order is scanned into the system. If you don’t see your tracking information or have any questions about your delivery, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to help!
What's your return policy?
Due to the bespoke nature of our printing services, cancellations and refunds are not possible once printing has begun. Each order is tailored to meet specific customer requirements, ensuring precision and satisfaction.
Product Questions
How are the labels produced?
We use pigment ink printed on self-adhesive PVC media. This is a popular choice because it’s durable and cost-effective. We offer various finishes, including gloss white (most common), matte white, gloss clear, and even coloured gloss options.
What kind of adhesive do you use?
The standard adhesive we use is strong and peels cleanly from most surfaces. However, we have other options available depending on your needs. For example, we can offer a stronger adhesive for rough surfaces or a block-out backing to prevent anything from showing through underneath the label.
Note: Most media sourced from the signage supply chain has clean-peel adhesive as standard but this is not available on all media.
What about ink and fading?
Our labels are printed with UV-resistant inks on weatherproof materials. This ensures vibrant colours that will stay bright for at least 2-3 years outdoors. We even have a special 5-year fade-resistant option available on request.
What shapes and sizes can my labels be?
We can create labels in pretty much any shape or size you need! We start by printing them on rolls, then cut them to your specifications. We can also provide them in sheets or keep them on rolls for your convenience.
What makes Next Level Labels special?
Next Level Labels are printed on our state-of-the-art UV printer for exceptional results. This printer allows us to use special inks, including double white and double clear, to create stunning effects like white underprinting, clear gloss highlights, and high-build finishes.
It can even do double sided labels, for example double sided door signs or double sided smiley stickers for glass doors and windows.
What are Smart Labels?
Smart Labels are labels with QR codes or barcodes that contain information you can scan with your smartphone or scanner. They’re a great way to add extra data to your labels, like website links or product details. We can create Smart Labels with static data (always the same information) or variable data (changes for each label).
What is FauxFoil Printing?
FauxFoil gives your labels a metallic look without the high cost of real foil printing. We achieve this by printing on special chrome-finish materials with our UV printer and special white inks. The result is a dazzling metallic effect that rivals real foil.
Can you do outdoor signage?
Absolutely! We combine printing technologies from both the label and signage industries to create high-quality, durable outdoor signs. We use UV-resistant inks and media that can withstand the elements for years, unlike standard printer ink and finishes that fade and peel quickly.
