LabelMAN® ships daily Monday – Friday via overnight courier to South Island customers and via overnight or for larger shipments 2-day service for North Island customers. Obviously Rural Delivery will take longer and incur a small additional cost.

Usually shipping is via Post Haste but shipping via NZ Couriers, Castle Parcels and CourierPost may also be used depending on location and cut off times for picking up shipments. CourierPost is the only option for delivery to PO Boxes but there may be issues with this service so please discuss this with us first.

Tracking is provided by LabelMAN® for CourierPost orders, for all other shipments automated tracking is provided as soon as the parcels are scanned into the courier system. Following dispatch orders are not usually tracked so if you don’t see your shipment please use the link provided and if there is an issue please contact us sooner than later as this will assist in setting up a trace.
