LabelMAN's high speed spot colour print system utilises a thermal printing process outputting at 600 dpi, which delivers 360,000 dots per square inch of RAZOR SHARP FINE DETAIL OUTPUT, which compares to many thermal printers only running 200 dpi heads which deliver a mere 40,000 dots per square inch.

This system is capable of printing text and line art graphics in up to two spot colours. However registration of the separate colour passes is not tight enough to produce half tone graphics or duotone quality graphics.

Labels are available from a library of pre-cut paper and synthetic stock, with a range of label colours and ribbon colours available. The labels are supplied in rolls and are suitable for mechanical label application systems.
